Adaptability and smart choices have made a success out of ANNIE CHAN and her company AnI INTERIORS LTD.

As the real estate market was hot and growing, the interior renovation market was growing too in the past many years, so AnI Interiors Ltd was found in 2010 to catch the trend, recalls Annie Chan, its director.

“The demand was increasing since many people reached the stage of marriage or have been building a family in recent years, so this interior design industry is growing well,” Chan says.

“We see a bigger demand from the greater China market due to the continue growth of China’s economy. More exposure of China’s people to the world has led to a bigger demand of interior design idea needs from outside, and the first step is for them to try the interior design company from Hong Kong. We see this trend, so we are planning to expand our business to serve the China market in 2018.”

“We not only help clients to save their valuable time but also help clients to save money by helping them to search for low price products on the web, providing more alternative choices for interior renovation ideas.” – Annie Chan, Director

Beyond Just Design

“We help clients not only on tailor made furniture on site, but also help them to search for low price alternative products, even furniture on web, such as taobao. This provides customers with more choices and higher flexibility on their renovation, this also help customers save their money.”

“We keep very good relationship with clients in every project, and we spend a lot of time serve and help clients in dealing with so many small matters during the process of the fitting out work. This is the extra value we provide for the clients since every client is busy, and they do not have time to handle the small things that’s required to be done during the fitting out process.

“We not only help clients to save their valuable time but also help clients to save money by helping them to search for low price products on the web, providing more alternative choices for interior renovation ideas.”

Constant Improvement

The whole interior renovation market is facing severe problem of shortage of workers (sifu), especially those with good craftsmanship, says Chan.

“We tried hard to build a very good relationship with workers during the past few years, with our good relationship, many workers are very willing to work for us, and help in all ways we needed. We built a long term relationship with workers that made our further fit out works in the future years so much easier.

“We plan to diversify our business to provide related products such as loose furniture, decorative items for interior, those will be sold together with our renovation project, also be sold solely to any interested customers. My secret of success is to always keep our ideas up-to-date, and keep improving the quality of our service.”
