One-Stop-Solutions!

Hong Kong real estate is a significant pillar of the economy and adds great value to the demand for interior design, says Leung.

“The aggressive growth of market share for the industry; challenges from the sound development of the widely available internet broadens the horizon and vision of clients. They are tending to choose a more out-of-the-box provider that suits their requirements best.

“Our professionals draw inspiration from the clients, design from scratch and blend the interior design theme in the whole environment with a luxury ambiance. Moreover, to get insightful ‘wow’ effects that widen the imagination of end users.”

Leung adds: “We keep up with the interior design trend from European style combines with modern and contemporary stylistic cues. Use the wall as an example, rather than add paint, textured walls add more contrast or even stay in the same tones. Having two different materials is a lot more appealing.

“Murals are another popular trend. They draw attention and become the focus piece. Elements such as these are environmentally-friendly, allowing more sunlight and air ventilation, etc. and are taken into active consideration, as we design a holistic solution for the client.”
