Over the recent years, demand in Hong Kong for overseas property have been significantly increased. Riding on the upward slope in recent years, Canadian properties have shown a steady and fruitful appreciation of 5% per year. Prime and decent locations normally drive to higher appreciation. So, location can make a big difference in how your property investment performs.”
