“During my pregnancy I suffered from severe back pain. This experience made me realize the important correlation between health and correct posture, so I spent a lot of time studying about ergonomics,” says Kei Kei.

According to Kei Kei, pain does not occur immediately from having bad posture, which makes it easy to neglect. “Posture makes a tremendous difference to our health quality. For example, if we constantly work under a slouching position, our lung’s functional and oxygenation circulation will be highly affected,” she adds.

“We believe that prevention is better than cure, so we spend a lot of time in spreading the word about the importance of having the correct sit-stand posture”, she concludes.
