In order to facilitate the expansion of Lai Si, dated back to 2015 a team was established for the preparation of listing. Lai Si Enterprise Holding Limited was successfully listed in February 2017 (HKG:2266) and is the first construction firm in Macau to be listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. Meanwhile, Lai Si established its Hong Kong and Singapore branches in 2016 and 2017 respectively.<\/p>\n
Headquartered in Macau, Lai Si has provided a full array of services in China, Hong Kong and Singapore. The entry into the Greater China market marked its determination in business expansion as the market in Macau and Hong Kong is relatively much smaller.<\/p>\n
Lai Si has long participated in projects in China (Guangdong) for more than 10 years.
