“Hong Kong is a small market and regular work is abundant. There are no any big changes in construction and civil works because we need to follow the Code of Practice, Guideline and Guidebook. For expansion, we need to source business in the Greater Pearl River Delta and overseas
At this point we are not equipped to handle the Greater China market but we can offer service in the Greater Pearl River Delta. Over the last a few years, we had some survey projects in Macao and Taishan (Guangdong Province). It is not easy to handle the construction works because different culture and working style. We lost money in those projects, which is why we came back to Hong Kong. Now, we want to try once again. We have the previous experience and relationship, I hope we can do it better.”
