The ICHP Foundation Course condenses 12 hours of intensive training into a single weekend, culminating in two certificates, one awarded by Hang Seng University, Institute of Knowledge Exchange (IKE) and a second certificate issued by the ICHP.  These two certificates confirm both the rigour of the content and the industry relevance. Graduates will emerge as Certified Health Planners (CHPs), a credential designed to become an industry benchmark. Beyond passing exams, CHPs gain skills to navigate public and private healthcare systems, interpret lab results, and balance clients’ health and financial needs—a rare competency in today’s market.

  • François Fong, Founding Chairman of ICHP, is one of Hong Kong’s highly respected medical professionals. A physician-entrepreneur with deep ties to Hong Kong’s medical academia, he is also the Founder of Neo-Health Group and the Medical Director of the Hong Kong Sexual Health Centre.
  • Peter Lok, Founding Vice Chairman of ICHP, is a 40-year insurance veteran and the former CEO of Sun Life in Hong Kong. He was also an advisor to the Hong Kong Government during the MPF’s establishment.
