Vincy’s journey began with significant roles at prominent fashion houses, including her tenure as Design and Development Manager for womenswear at Country Road Australia. Her expertise was further honed during her time as Chief Design Director for Toppy International, where she oversaw the highly successful Jessica line. Under her leadership, Jessica achieved an impressive annual turnover between 2000 and 2010, expanding its global footprint with boutiques in fashion capitals such as London (House of Fraser, Covent Garden), Paris (Galerie Lafayette, Printemps), and Dubai (Galerie Lafayette), as well as standalone stores in Singapore (Tang) and Thailand (Paragon).

Vincy’s international exposure was further enriched by her education in the UK on Fashion and Textiles at Brighton Polytechnic University (now called University of Brighton) where she met her classmate Mark Eley (co-founder of Eley Kashimoto) and had John Galliano as her external examiner. During her internship she also had global training experiences with esteemed figures like Chaus from New York and Anna Scipioni from Italy. These formative experiences instilled in her a profound appreciation for both creative innovation and the precise art of tailoring, elements that are now the cornerstone of ADE.C’s design philosophy. Her decision to establish this brand in her hometown of Hong Kong marked the realization of a long-held dream, allowing her to channel her extensive experience and creative vision into a brand that truly reflects her unique aesthetic.
